I recently took my cocker spaniel for grooming at this wonderful pet groomer, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I am absolutely thrilled with the grooming services my golden retriever received here! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my dog’s coat and any specific styling I had in mind. It was so refreshing to see such a genuine passion for animals from the team! The grooming area was clean and bright, which I appreciated. When my dog came out, I could hardly believe my eyes! He looked like a new dog, with a shiny coat and perfectly trimmed fur. They even managed to remove some stubborn tangles that I thought would never budge! The only small improvement I could suggest would be more communication regarding the wait time; I waited about 20 minutes past the estimated pickup time, but I understand they can get busy. Despite that minor hiccup, I left feeling incredibly satisfied and happy. I would recommend this grooming service to anyone who wants their pet to be treated with love and skill. I can definitely see this becoming our go-to grooming spot!

I brought my shih tzu in for a grooming session, and I must say, the experience was quite pleasant! The groomers were quite professional and had a gentle approach, which was perfect for my nervous little guy. I really appreciated how they took the time to reassure him and make him feel comfortable. The results were fantastic; his coat looked so fluffy and well-maintained. However, I did feel that the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other groomers I've used in the past. While the quality of the grooming was excellent, I think a more competitive pricing structure could attract more clients. All in all, I’m really happy with how my pup looks and will probably return, but I do hope to see a bit more value for the cost!
